Project ERA, which stands for Enhanced Research Accessibility, is an initiative spearheaded by the Planning and Research, Records, and Information Technology Unit of the Division of Lipa City. The project was conceptualized with a clear goal in mind—to make the division’s entire collection of research works easily accessible to everyone who may need them.
At the heart of this initiative is an online platform called the Enhanced Research Accessibility Portal, which can be accessed through the official website of the division office. This portal serves as a centralized gateway where users—whether teachers, students, or researchers—can conveniently search, view, and utilize the available research materials without the limitations of time and physical location. Through Project ERA, the Division of Lipa City envisions a more open and efficient research environment, empowering stakeholders with easy access to knowledge and supporting the continuous improvement of teaching, learning, and educational development.
